About me
I'm a journalism graduate currently working as researcher in Brazil. I began editing during my course at Faculdade Cásper Líbero, where professor João Alexandre Peschanski (User:Joalpe) gave a Wikipedia assignment in class. After that, I have kept a low number of edits, before applying for FAPESP's José Reis Program for the Encouragement of Scientific Journalism, supported by Joalpe. My scholarship, which you can read more about at the userpage used for the project, involves a work as the first Wikipedian in residence in Brazil, at RIDC NeuroMat. There, I have met and befriended Sturm, and through both Joalpe and him, joined the User Group Wikimedia in Brasil (UG BR). Recently, my friend Mariliacarrera has joined RIDC NeuroMat as well.
My personal page can also be found on pt.wikipedia.
