Should the references in this article perhaps be converted to footnotes? Also, what about the Grove references... it doesn't seem useful to me to put them under "external links," as a Grove subscription is required to read them anyway... In other words, just reference them... I wasn't sure about the preferred formatting for notes (despite looking around at the Wikipedia style guides), so I haven't changed anything... Yes, they really should go under references, not external links (anyhow, that's the only way I've seen Grove referenced for other music articles). Antandrus (talk) 03:48, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
