Date of birth
editIn the lead sentence and infobox we give DoB 1946-12-14 which IMDb gives for this Jenny Sullivan [1] and ISFDB gives for the children's writer Jenny Sullivan [2].
This page is in 1947 births and Jenny Sullivan (writer) is in 1945 births.
- For that other Jenny Sullivan, Writers of Wales gives no YoB [3]. She is not in the British Council: Literature writers database S, page 3. --P64 (talk) 23:44, 20 July 2015 (UTC)
The U.S. Library of Congress gives 1947 for this Jenny Sullivan, apparently because IMDb did so in 2009 [4]. I added that to Jennifer Sullivan (writer)#External links and made no other changes concerning birthdates or years. --P64 (talk) 23:27, 20 July 2015 (UTC)
- I have removed the date of birth because the article contained no source for it, which is contrary to WP:DOB Of course, it should be sourced because of Wikipedia:Citing sources alone, but because Sullivan is a living person, WP:DOB raises the level of responsibility to a higher standard. IMDb cannot be used as a source because it is not reliable. (WP:IMDB) If the U.S. Library of Congress uses IMDb as the source for its date, then it would be similarly invalid.
