Brett Leighton is an important keyboard performer and pedagogue as he is professor of organ and harpsichord in Linz. He was one of the last pupils who studied with the famous Anton Heiller in Vienna. He was the first winner of the prestigious Paul Hoffheimer prize in Innsbruck. Compared to some other entries for organists, Brett Leighton is an important international performer and teacher and deserves to be listed. Johnlbkk 10:06, 6 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

notability is thread-bare at the moment

Mere concert announcements are insufficient. Reviews of concerts would be preferable (titles in translation here). Better, details of CDs, set out in the usual manner. Otherwise, this risks deletion, I think. Tony (talk) 16:50, 28 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
