I don't think this article is necessary, since it tries to cover several pretty much independent topics. It basically does nothing but refer to the Mitochondrion, Chloroplast and Gram-negative bacteria articles. In turn, some of those articles link to here, in a nice case of uninformative circular reference.
One possible solution would be a disambiguation page leading to Outer_membrane_(Bacteria), Outer_membrane_(Mitochondria) and Outer_membrane_(Chloroplasts).
