Anthony Hankerson (born February 3, 2004) is an American football running back for the Oregon State Beavers. He previously played for the Colorado Buffaloes.

Early life and high school

Hankerson attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Coming out of high school, Hankerson was rated as a three-star recruit, where he committed to play college football for the Colorado Buffaloes.[1][2]

College career

Hankerson finished his first collegiate season in 2022, rushing for 274 yards and three touchdowns on 68 carries in eight games.[3] During the 2023 season, Hankerson rushed 78 times for 319 yards and a touchdown.[4][5] After the conclusion of the 2023 season, Hankerson decided to enter his name into the NCAA transfer portal.[6][7]
