Vandals like this (and there have been many many far worse btw) are interested in reactions and response in their otherwise loveless world. Every time this vandal, and every one like them, are discussed, mentioned, or reverted, every time their LTA page is edited, and every time someone indicates they have been affected by them, the vandal's energy bar gets renewed a little. I suggest ignore in the full and proper sense of the word. Don't talk about them, don't write about them, don't acknowledge them in any way. Literally do something else like improve some encyclopaedia pages.
