Making home-made noodles

Every time I do this I have to wonder if it's really worth the mess - but then when I eat them I know that it is!

  2. Well - I really don't have a "recipe" - it's just egg yolks, a little salt, a little milk and enough flour to make a stiff dough. You'll have to keep adding flour as you roll them out thinner and thinner. Let them dry before storing - I freeze them.

  3. Hi Tami, That would be much too much work for me --but I'd love to taste homemade pasta sometime. Don't think I've ever had any before...Glad you like it!!!!

  4. I love home-made pasta. My grandma used to make these wide noodle for chicken soup... I have never attempted it. Wonder if I ever will? Maybe if I ever have a bigger kitchen!!!! :) But yes, it would be great if you could hare the recipe!!! :)

  7. what we would do for some homemade chicken and noodles.. that is one of your recipes that I haven't attempted.. there's no way it would come out like yours! maybe when you come visit we could make some!?!??!

  8. Yes, it is worth the mess! I need a pasta maker soo bad!! I love making my own pasta. I actually just bought a drying rack and a ravioli cutter... should arrive in a nice box tomorrow!!
