According to Pope Pius XII (1943), in the encyclical Divino Afflante Spiritu: On the Catholic Interpretation of the Bible, it is encouraged that there should be textual criticism when reading the Bible. In line with this, Pope Paul VI (1965), in the encyclical Dei Verbum: On Divine Revelation, stated that the Bible should be read and interpreted in a way that it originally intended to be. Thus, this research attempts to present a deeper and more accurate interpretation of Matthew 19:24 by using the three dimensions of Biblical interpretation; namely, The World Behind the Text, The World of the Text, and The World of the Reader. Matthew 19:24 contains the following text: “Again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for one who is rich to enter the kingdom of God.”

Living in a generation with constant advancements in technology, different businesses begin to utilize these various innovations as a form of reaching out to their target audience or market. With the rapid pace of improvements contributed by technology to the daily lives of individuals, employees tend to make use of different social media sites. The impact of the use of these social media sites still remain unknown whether it affects workers in a positive or negative way. The paper discusses the hypothesis of the researchers that the use of social media is beneficial to the productivity of employees, two-way communication with customers, and collaboration in the workplace.
Information and data were gathered through the distribution of survey questionnaires to fifty (50) random working office employees of a business companies. This contains three main parts in which questions about the usage of social media in the workplace, availability and access to technology, and the modes in which they are being utilized. Application to their field of work and their purpose was also investigated by students in order to collect qualitative information with regards to this study. The second part of the survey questionnaire focuses on the level of agreement of employees on the positive effects of social media with the basis of their personal experiences, in which a likert-type scale was used. The last part of the survey aims to gather quantitative data about the point of view of employees on social media’s positive correlation to the workplace. Information gathered in this area is presented in a statistical manner, including the mean, median, mode, variance and standard deviation. Interpretation of results is also shown through a box and whisker plot.
The levels of measurement used in the study includes nominal, ordinal and ratio as the data gathered are both quantitative and qualitative. Details are shown through different visual representations such as pie charts, bar charts and frequency distribution tables to help users of this study further visualize the data collected.
Based from the data gathered in the survey, the objectives’ validity was tested through the hypothesis testing. As a result, all of the objectives rejected the null hypothesis which the researchers were able to conclude that social media has a positive effect on the employees’ productivity, two-way communication with clients and collaboration. The researchers were also able to find out that there was a strong indirect correlation between the ages of the employees and their perception regarding the usage of social media in the workplace which conveys that the millennials generation are more inclined in using social media than those in generation X and Y.
Thus, the researchers have proposed recommendations for management implications which are: there should be effective handling of social media to prevent inappropriate and use of social media, to have caution in the utilization of social media, and for relatively older workers, they may choose not to use social media. Overall, the researchers suggest that different business organizations should consider using social media in their work environment. In addition to that, there were also recommendations for succeeding actions which are: for future researchers who will be conducting the same research, they should test more or other variables, enhance the scope and delimitation, and different methodologies could also be used in order to have accurate results.

The hydrocarbons are the most common source of fuel used by humans. Hydrocarbons such as fossil fuels are from the remains of ancient plants and animals and have been formed through the exposure of high heat and pressure in the Earth’s crust. We get almost 90% of all energy from fossil fuels. These fuels greatly benefit humans, wherein they are used for engines and generating electricity.
However, the sources of these fuels are non-renewable and limited. Furthermore, these are the largest emitters of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide and methane which cause the formation of holes on the ozone layer leading to global warming and climate change.
The researchers thought of using plants as biofuel so that it would act as a substitute or alternative for fossil fuels. If plants were to be used as biofuel, then much of our non-renewable resources would be saved from complete depletion. There harms caused by fuels from non-renewable resources can also be reduced and lessened. Furthermore, we thought of using plants that did not have a reputation of having the ability to be used as a biofuel.
Oil from the Sesamum indicum plant was extracted and purified through processes such as boiling, filtration and transesterification. The oil then subjected and underwent miscibility, clearness, odor, flammability, and lighting tests.

We also sometimes turn on the tap and let the water run for a long time without thinking of the consequences or the gallons of water we are wasting every day. Think what it would be like if you had to walk a few hundred meters to get your water, and walk it back home in a big container. It would be really heavy since water weighs 1kg/L. It would take a lot of trips to supply water for your whole family. Having to carry your own water might change your whole outlook about how much water you use daily.
But there are ways to conserve water. One way to conserve water is to find ways to use it twice. Many households use more water to keep their lawn and garden green than they use for cooking, cleaning and drinking. Could it be possible to take water that has been used once for washing (called greywater) and use it again to water outdoor plants? Or would the soap, detergent, oil in the wash water harm the plants and soil?
It is important to note that used toilet water (called blackwater) is most definitely not suitable for reusing. So that we can maintain public health blackwater must first pass through a water treatment plant or a septic system before being released back into the environment. To maintain public health, blackwater must pass through a water treatment plant or septic system before being released back into the environment.
