2minuteschef on Instagram: "Chetinadu mutton gravy Ingredients : Marination: Mutton 750 grams  Curd 1 cup ( 4 tbsp) Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Marinate for about half an hour Dry roast and grind : Biryani spices (cardamom 2, cinnamon small piece, cloves 3,star anise 1, mace 1/2 ) Coriander seed 1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp  Jeera 1 tsp  Fennel seeds 1 tsp Poppy seeds 3/4 tsp  Garlic 10  Ginger (equal quantity )  Curry leaves 2 spring  Coconut 1/4   Red chilli 10 ( soak 30 minutes) Roasted until turns aromatic and grind finely. Preparation: 1. In a pressure cooker add 2 tbsp oil ,onion 2 ( thinly sliced ), tomato 2 (paste) saute well . 2. Add marinated mutton, ground masala ,salt cook for about 5 minutes. 3.
