Wow, speaking these affirmations out loud each morning really helps me feel different about my body image. I was definitely in need of these healthy body affirmations. Huge boost to my confidence and self esteem!

Body NEUTRAL affirmations instead of body love, because that can be toxic. Body love is not always realistic - we don't always FEEL like we love our bodies. If we shift to body neutrality, we can be more accepting of our bodies just the way they are. 🩷

This is EXACTLY what I’ve dealing with in my body these days. Asking your pain what it needs and if you really listen it will tell you. If you don’t ask and listen you will get more of the same pain …or worse. It will get much much worse. What I know for sure is it’s not going away until we address it…just won’t.
