My parents lived in Memphis for a while & fell in love with bbq. Ever since I can remember, my mom has smoked pork shoulder or ribs almost every summer. Since I was home recently & we were prepping for the 4th, I watched how she made them & wanted to share with you! Note - she did this on a @traegergrills so if you have a different smoker it may be different.

Ingredients
•3 racks of baby back ribs, membrane removed
•yellow mustard
•dry rub (we used @meatchurch gospel)
•your favorite bbq sauce

Spray Ingredients
•apple juice + a little water - in a spray bottle

Brown Sugar Mixture Ingredients
•1/4 C mustard
•1/4 C brown sugar
