Why? League and some others are showing up early to secure the park since antifa is trying to beat us to it. I'm League, if League is there early I'll be there. If for some reason you think people shouldn't, I suggest you contact the officials within these groups in some official capacity rather than just saying it in Discord.

Arriving early is a poor choice because we have a set permit time. At that time, we can ask the police to remove anybody who is unwelcome from the park. It's not like if antifa gets to the park first, they can sit there and therefore be unmovable for the entire day. Arriving there early only opens up the possibility that a scuffle occurs (highly probable since the police aren't obligated to remove them until our permit time, so it would be up to you to physically remove them). Scuffles can lead to violence can lead to them coming up with some BS to shut the whole shindig down.

I'm not sure I implied that at all. I'm just stating that if the goal in arriving early is to "secure" the park, that's already going to happen at the permit start time, and it's going to be done by police rather than us.

So going early serves no purpose and only opens up the possibility of violence and all the negative consequences of it.

We know the police will remove people who aren't supposed to be there. But on another level, it is about optics. ANTIFA is trying to look good by making the police remove them and saying they were setting us back. People are showing up before them to deny them that chance.

At the end of the day, if my boss in the League says we will be there, we will be there.

So realistically, you show up early, what are you going to do? Physically remove antifa?
