TEN IMAGES OF INSPIRATION : DONUT LOVE.

I have been on such a donut kick lately. I wake up all the time wanting to hop in my car and try out new donut shops in town (if you live in the LA-area, my favorites at the moment are here & here- I love a good classic). Not only are they insanely delicious, but just looking at them makes me happy. Be on the lookout this week- I have a little donut-inspired download coming soon.

ten images of inspiration : farm fresh.

Well... I am back. Still not feeling very well, but determined to get out of bed and get some work done today. Since I am still completely in farm daydreaming mode, here are some gorgeous shots of freshly-grown or gathered beauties. I could really go for some sunshine and juicy berries right about now.

...I think that having this perfect blouse and these Parisienne confections would make me a very happy lady indeed. Just a hunch.

loving the idea...

...of a wedding pie instead of a cake, especially since I believe in the world of desserts, pie reigns supreme. Bonus? Having it topped with handsewn woodland creatures.

ten images of inspiration : let them eat cake.

I really don't like Mondays. Lately I have really been enjoying my weekends and Monday just means it's back to reality. But what better way to deal with a blah day than with pictures of cake? In my opinion, it's an instant cheer-up.

ten images of inspiration : back to baking.

One of my favorite things about the arrival of fall is the fact that I will be going back to spending more time in my kitchen baking. When the weather cools, I cannot help but turn on the oven and start making breads and various sweets. My baker heart (and hand) is ready.
