Add the yoghurt and mix to combine. 2. Spoon the mixture onto a lined tray or plate. Freeze for minimum 2 hrs or until set. 3. Melt the chocolate and drizzle over top. INGREDIENTS (serves 1) 👩🏻‍🍳
Chia layer 
➡️ 3 tbsp chia seeds 
➡️ 120ml milk 
➡️ 1 can peach slices (or 2 fresh peaches) Yoghurt layer 
➡️ greek yoghurt 
➡️ piece of mango ➡️ desiccated coconut 
Method 
1. In a blender, mix together your peach slices and milk 2. Pour into a jar with chia seeds 3. Leave for a few hours in the fridge or overnight 
2. Once ready to serve, top with yoghurt, desiccated coconut and a piece of peach
