Hej Steen. Tak for din henvendelse. Du kan se, at jeg har været inde og rette de steder, du har gjort opmærksom på. De nederste kommer snarest. Men du har også et par spørgsmål, hvad "Torr." står for. Det henviser til værket John Torrey et Asa Gray: A flora of North America, 1838-43. Torrey var botaniker i USA. Gray var botanikprofessor ved Harvard University. Derimod kan jeg ikke finde ud af, hvad du mener med en stak latinske begreber, der skal omsættes til dansk, for dit link ser ikke ud til at føre hen til nogen liste. Jeg fatter ikke hvad der går galt!

Jeg har oprettet et par nye kat over floder i Rusland, men kan ikke få iw til at fungere. Når jeg trykker "Rediger" ud for "Wikipediasider knyttet til dette emne" sker der intet. Jeg har nu istedet trykket på "Rediger links" i sidemenyen på kategorien, der kunne jeg så tilføje kategorien på listen over kategorien på andre sprog. Jeg er hellere ikke gode venner med den nye brugergrænsefladet på wikidata. Det er mangler en god add-funktion.. Jeg gør det for det meste at finde navn på artikel/kategori på den fremmed wiki og brug funktion "Tilføj links" på dawiki. --Steen Th (diskussion) 16. dec 2014, 22:09 (CET)

Det er jeg så også gået over til, og det virker jo, så ok at vi ikke i fremtiden skal vejen over wikidata, men kan foretage rettelserne (læs tilføjelsen) direkte på da wiki. Det tog mig bare noget tid at hitte ud af det ;( mvh Per (PerV) (diskussion) 17. dec 2014, 00:59 (CET)

Hej. Det ser ud til at der skal oprettes eller indsættes nogle linjer i filen da:MediaWiki:Scribunto-doc-page-does-not-exist for at få Skabelon:Module test cases notice indsat automatisk på siderne i denne Kategori:Testcases for moduler.
Jeg fandt disse to fra engelsk og norsk:

  • Titan was selected as the graph DB to implement a Wikidata query service running in production
  • Fixed adding links to ru.wikinews.org which was broken by its change to HTTPS-only
  • Worked on redesigning the header area (label, description, alias, in-other-languages box)
  • Polished d:Wikidata:Data access and d:Wikidata:Database download. Could still use some more work though if you have time.
  • Enabled PHP_CodeSniffer with Mediawiki rules and some additional ones to make us aware of more code issues
  • We no longer log some common 404 errors in the exception log

Invitation to Medical Translation

Medical Translation Project

Invitation to the Medical Translation Project – a joint Wikimedia project started by the English language WikiProject Medicine! Thank you for being one of the top Medical editors! I want to use this opportunity to introduce you to our most ambitious project. We want to use Wikipedia to spread knowledge where it will be used. Studies have shown that Wikipedia is the most common resource of medical knowledge, and used by more people than any other source! We want high quality articles, available to everyone, regardless of language ability. It isn't right that you would need to know a major language to get hold of quality content! That is why in the recent Ebola crisis (which is still ongoing) we translated information into over 70 languages, many of them small African languages. This was important, as Wikipedia was also shown to be the biggest resource used in Africa for information on Ebola! We see tremendous potential, but also great risks as our information needs to be accurate and well-researched. We only translate articles that have been reviewed by medical doctors and experts, so that what we translate is correct. Many of our translators are professionals, but many are also volunteers, and we need more of you guys – both to translate, but also to import finished translations, and fix grammatical or other style issues that are introduced by the translation process. Our articles are not only translated into small languages, but also to larger ones, but as of 2015 this requires users to apply for an article to be translated, which can be done here (full articles, short articles) with an easy to manage google document. So regardless of your background head over to our main page for more information, or to our talk page and ask us questions. Feel free to respond in any language, we will do our best to find some way to communicate. No task is too small, and we need everyone to help out! I hope you will forgive me for sending this message in English – we also need translators for messages like this, and above all local language community managers, which act as a link between us and you.
