Rugby Coach Pat Searson on Instagram: "I remember a young kid I trained who wanted so desperately to be a good rugby player but he was slow, weak and very unfit.  He hadn’t developed any skills yet and he couldn’t get a run for his team.   Using only body weight exercises transformed him in 6 months   Using speed drills, strength exercises, power exercises and working on his tackling and passing   transformed him into a rep player with the other parents asking me what we did…  There’s not much secret to it.   Just work smart and kids can totally change, their minds and bodies have so much potential with the right guidance.
