Georgia Artist, Kimmy Cantrell, was born and grew up here in Atlanta in the College Park area. His first experience with clay was in high school. He studied business administration at Georgia State and worked for 20 years before he started working with clay again. He is fascinated with using “asymmetry.” He now lives in South Georgia. His work has won numerous awards and exhibited at many American galleries and art events.
