Series - Jonathan Green - Painter Jonathan Green was born in Gardens Corner, in the lowcountry of South Carolina. His grandparents raised him, and his grandmother first encouraged his interest in art. He studied at the Art Institute of Chicago but the inspiration for his work comes from the Gullah community in which he grew up. This interview series took place in Jonathan's former art studio in Naples, Florida. Jonathan Green Studios are located in Charleston, South Carolina.
