For the Naan Dough: 
(1 + 1/4)cups Ap flour 
2 tbsp Semolina 
Salt to taste 
1 tsp Sugar 
1/2 tsp Baking Powder 
1/4 tsp Baking Soda -
1/3 cup Curd (Dahi) 
2 tbsp Oil 
Milk - as required (to knead) 

For the Stuffing: 
* Heat 2 tbsp Oil in a pan. Then add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 2 Onion (finely chopped), and 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste. Sauté till onion turn translucent. 
* Then add 1/2 cup Tomato Purée, Salt to taste, Red Chilli powder to taste, and 1/2 tsp Garam Masala. Cook till the oil starts to separate.

If you don't want to fry it, just air fry them, it works perfectly. Try it out and it will be loved by everyone  1. Take 2 boiled potatoes, mash them well. Add 4 slices of bread.
