Vintage 1980s LITTLE PRECIOUS 24M baby toddler dress, short puff sleeves, 4th of July patriotic American colors red white & blue velvet with lace trim and bows. Made in USA. Style 6549W. I’m not sure if there is a very faint quarter-size discoloration on the bib lace trim or not, see last pics. It might just be my eyes. Hand measured laid flat: 13” across chest armpit to armpit, 12” side length armpit to hem.
