The optimum hardness values achieved are above the restriction imposed by the company to maintain the Knoop hardness value above 25, in the same way it was possible to achieve that the percentage of the solids found is below 30%, This being the minimum value desired by the leaders of the process.

Unfortunately, some factor/Resources, skill environment does not dynamically grow as fast as business needs. That sequence of events creates major obstacles for DB infrastructure, deployment, administration and maintenance. This paper discusses the performance issues, different bottlenecks such as CPU bottlenecks, Memory structures, Input output capacity issue, Database Design issues and Indexing issues. Also this paper address Tuning stages and how SQL queries can be optimized for better performance. In this paper we are focusing on query tuning tips & tricks which can be applied to gain immediate performance gain by creating Query Execution Flow Chart. We demonstrate the application of this technique in an Employee Biometric Attendance Management System.

based on hypercompetitive aptitudes (HC) as an
alternative to deal with turbulent markets. From the
methodological aspect, it presents the empirical
approach of the positivist, descriptive, nonexperimental
and field paradigm. For this purpose, the
compliance of the phases of the SM process is studied,
at the same time that the disposition of the leaders of
these companies to apply the HC in response to the
deficiencies found in the sector is analyzed. Finally, a
chart is presented that shows how the SM can use the
HC to reinforce the market management in turbulent
conditions.

planning in SMEs, considering their stages to optimize
its competitiveness . Methodologically it was framed in
the SMEs that export textile products, in the city of
Barranquilla, using a positivist quantitative approach,
descriptive type and non-experimental, transactional
field design. Concluding that in SMEs the three stages
are present in a moderate way, but the planning and
evaluation phases of the strategy stand out, presenting
an opportunity to improve the implementation stage.
Key words: Stages of the process, strategic planning,
formulation, strategy analysis.
