Update on my Coaster calendars!

Hello again~
Just updated from the previous post, since I did actually make a total of (6) coaster calendars instead of (3).   I got them all bagged and ready to take to our luncheon on gobble gobble day and with this basket I will be putting in some pumpkin bread that I will baking early Thursday morning... yum yum!

Hello peeps~
I decided to make a little last minute thank you gifts to the hostess and some of their guest on Thanksgiving Day!  We were invited to a friends home this year for brunch  and I wanted to give them a little something.   I think I will add a few more calendars since I'm not quite sure how many families they are having.  It's start of a busy week for me trying to jam everything I need to do by this Friday... LOL!   We are finally going away on a trip this coming Saturday and will be gone for an entire week.  yippee!  So as it is I'm trying to get everything pre-posted and  caught up while I'm gone.   I'll keep you in suspense for now and reveal it when I get back the following Sunday.    All I know I can't wait to do some heavy duty craft shopping.....  We both are not taking any work along with us on this trip so please pardon if I don't pop in or leave any comments on your blog and FB.   This trip is all about what we both want to do and just RELAX!!!!  I promise to play catch up when I get back!

My spotlight day on Kitty Bee Designs!

It's Shirl here from Kitty Bee Designs!  It's my spotlight day  and  I'm sharing with  you Flower Bun... I decided to put her on a shaker card that I made along with  a fun backpack treat box which I made for a special birthday girl.    She loves anything with red / black!

Birthday card~

Hello ~~~~ again!
I'm back with another card I just finished this afternoon!   Love this new stamp set that I just got, so I was playing around with the ferns and the grunge stamp to try and create some type of background... I think it turned out pretty neat, don't you think so!  I'm eager to try doing another one in a different color.   LOL!

Pearls/Gems!

We are off with another brand new challenge over at Craft Rocket Challenge!   For this fortnight we are doing the theme " Pearls/Gems".   Since we have no sponsor on this challenge the DT members could create what they wanted.  I decided to use a digital image from Aurora Wings and she is called Forget Me Not!  I added my pearls for her earrings and a gem for her neck piece.   What do you think I think she looks gorgeous~

Birthday card & matching picnic box set!

Happy Monday peeps~
Here's sharing what I created this morning, I made  a matching birthday card/envelope and a picnic basket for an upcoming birthday.   The basket will be filled with some yummies and a gift card that I will get from Macy's.    Love the color combo on the set, she loves anything with green so I  combined it with with a light peachy color.   I'm working on another birthday set and will get that up soon~
