- Jag kategoriserade den som en okänd fågel när jag lade upp den, så jag fick hjälp med kategorieringen. I efterhand har jag gjort lite efterforskningar. Även om fjäderdräkten liknar den vilda varianten så tror jag att de vilda änderna har svart skinn i ansiktet.
- Dels står det så i en bok om fåglar i Florida som jag har, och dels är den det på enda bilden jag kan hitta på commons på den vilda varianten. Dessutom är de vilda exemplaren sällsynta i Florida. Men om du vet säkert är du välkommen att kategorisera om den.

- Nja, jag är inte heller någon expert och ställde därför en fråga hos tyska Wikipedia. Den förste som svarade tycker också att det är en vildand och hänvisar till denna bild. - Jag måste säga att jag är alldeles för okunnig för att kunna skilja en vildand från en förvildad tamand. Eftersom båda släppts ut i området finns båda möjligheterna. Beteendemässigt var den skygg jämfört med andra jag sett av samma art (vissa springer rentav rakt emot en), men en väldigt trolig förklaring till det är att den hade ungar. Bilden som hänvisades till är också kategoriserad som muscowy duck. För att byta kategori på en fil som någon annan kategoriserat känner jag att jag vill ha mer på fötterna än så. Men en dubbelkategoriserng tills vidare kan vara bra. Förhoppningsvis är sidan bevakad av den som kategoriserade fåglarna. --Korall (talk) 23:54, 21 January 2010 (UTC)

Der mangler svenske oversættelser af de engelske begreber "Vernacular name" og "Synonyms" i de to ovenstående skabeloner. Kunne du ikke - som biologikyndig og svensktalende tilføje dem?
Når du har gjort det, kan du så ikke samtidig finde en biologikyndig bruger som taler et sprog der ikke er dækket i skabelonerne og bede denne bruger gøre det samme?

Had I only noticed before uploading that you already had a better quality photo taken from the same place and with the same crop... I wish I've had my DSLR back then as the light was very good and so were the dramatic dark shower clouds in the background. Only I blew it . --Slaunger (talk) 19:31, 10 February 2010 (UTC)
Frogs
