• Wat Phra Tat Joa Doi Jom??? I don't know this one, maybe: "Wat Phra That Doi Chom Thong" (see: en:Wat Phra That Doi Chom Thong)
• "King Mengrai Monument Chiang Rai" (there are lots of Mengrai-Monuments in northern Thailand), but maybe a more common and simple "Mengrai" would be better (see Category:Monarchs of Thailand)? Or did you make so many photos of it in Chiang Rai, that they deserve an own category?

• Ayutthaya - Category:Ayutthaya historical park:

• Category:Wat Chaiwatthanaram
• Category:Wat Lokayasutharam (Ayutthaya)
• There is already a Category:Wat Phra Mongkhon Bophit (Ayutthaya), but I requested to move it to "Wihan Phra Mongkhon Bophit", as it is no "Wat".

• Wat Phutthaisawan, Wat Na Phra Men or Wat Phu Khao Thong? I've never been to "Wat Maheyong" before, it could also be interesting?

Regarding the monument to the king of Chiang Rai, I don't have that many pictures, so I will stick to your recommendation.
