Color of the Delhi Sultanate flag
[edit]Hi, regarding your edit here [1]. Deciding that this flag is green is completely unsourced (it is an invention by someone on the internet). On the contrary, scholarly sources explain that it is grey or brown with a black stripe: "....another curious flag found in northern India – a brown or originally sliver flag with a vertical black line – as the flag of the Delhi Sultanate (602-962/1206-1555)." in (2010). "On the Timurid flag". Beiträge zur islamischen Kunst und Archäologie 2: 148.. We just have to follow what the sources say, and what actually appears on the map. पाटलिपुत्र (talk) 04:56, 10 February 2023 (UTC)
