Click on "Show More" in the section beneath the video (near the date and the description). Only use this template with videos listed as "Creative Commons Attribution license (reuse allowed)".

In case the license status changes in the future, add {{YouTubeReview}} to call User:LicenseReviewerBot to the page, which will verify the linked video's license.
