Well obviously there aresome which don't belong in this DR and should stay, such as File:Warning sign at the meuse side by Spijkenisse.JPG, so this is gonna have to be picked through with a fine comb. I'd also hardly call "Running and jogging is good for every woman for her health and to prevent constipation" sexist, but it's absolutely creepy, so nuke the creepy stalker ones and keep any good ones like that warning sign.   • When I find a lot of images like File:A coot family on a nest.jpg, File:A coot with young coot and lot of eggs.jpg, File:A dogfish has rolled.jpg marked as "Out of scope, also containing sexist descriptions" I can't help but feel there is an abuse of process going on here. The idea of DRs is to nominate images that one has looked at and decided probably should be deleted, not nominate everything and leave it to other people to sort through the list. A lot of people have no doubt wasted a lot of effort trawling through this long list of bad taste (and apparently creepy stalker) images when really the nominator should have at least looked at every image before nominating. I haven't looked at all the remaining images, but those I have looked at seem fine, so I vote keep the rest for now, until someone finds a specific reason to delete. --Tony Wills (talk) 12:28, 7 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • It is simply censorship on the basis that the images make people here very worried about the photographer's state of mind. An excessive interest in toilet/constipation/defication is bad enough, but an excessive number of images of young women, probably taken without their knowledge, is a big worry. If there was only the odd image on these subject lines they might be seen as useful. I think people want to encourage the photographer to broaden their photographic subject matter and stop following young women about with a camera ;-). Kept: Not keeping this open any longer. In future, do not mass nominate everything an editor uploads, when half of the files they have uploaded are obviously in scope, and do not fall into the reason for deletion. You use visualfilechange, so group similar files together for review. Well, in fact you just spent 6 minutes on it. This was an exceptional case, for which visual selection wouldn't do. I could have made separate DRs for all of the files that have been deleted, but that would have been far more time consuming, even for closing administrators. A very large number of this user's uploads seem to be outside the Commons:Project scope. In particular, many of these uploads are images of random unidentifed women, mostly from behind. There does not seem to be any conceivable encyclopedic purpose for these images. I've tried to carefully pare the list down to only those which are clearly problematic; there may be more that warrant individual discussion.

  •  Comment: Some of these images are perfectly normal — others, along with their titles, are alarmingly creepy. There is no reason to delete the former (and thus this DR has no merit), but crotch shots and candid moments should be deleted on sight. Hand-drawn images of bad quality mostly about defecation and constipation. In this sole way POV and no educational use. Not the first time subject to deletion.

Strongly agree. User Toilet had once a sanction, but this user is not interested in a chang of behaviour (just see the tons of deletion requests so far).
In addition, what should we do with images like this, this or that violating COM:PEOPLE? Impo this user abuses commons as a sole own FlickR or picassa upload dumb of private images (holidays, vacations,..). --Yikrazuul (talk) 10:26, 31 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

shots from behind, consent doubtful and encyclopedica value dubious. Some, like the first one, have problematic titles, too. Not exhaustive, there are quite a lot of these from the Rotterdam Marathon, too.

There are also many pictures of women and children squatting on their heels (and one of a man in the same pose, that I recall). Some, like the ones shown, seem to have little encyclopedic value, while others could be useful but need retitling to reflect what the photo actually shows, apart from the fact the fact that someone is crouching. Many of these and more are in Category:Crouching women.

There were quite a few shots of young girls with babies which had English and Dutch titles asserting that the girl was the child's mother (and one showing a child walking past someone in a nun's habit, asserting the same). I've requested renaming for most, but these children look so unhappy, I'd suggest that there is a consent concern, and maybe we should just delete them. There are also a lot of assertions of motherhood for women of more plausible ages; not sure what to do with those.

These are concerning on consent grounds (I've omitted the massage ones that show the photographer).

While we're at it, I second the earlier suggestion that anything with the word "constipated" or similar should be renamed. Even non-human shots like File:Constipated camel..jpg and File:Constipated camel in Morocco.jpg.

Then there are some which appear to be non-consensual long-range shots of open defecation.

And in other images:

These two (both the same shot) show a girl apparently laughing at the photographer from a small concrete enclosure with half-height walls, described in the metadata as a toilet; she may be washing at a tap? Since the photographer apparently considered this photo sexual, consent is dubious.

There are also photos with other-marking captions, stating that subjects are of a different gender or ethnicity from the photographer and frequently little else. A few examples, some of which may need deleting on other grounds:

I am concerned about some of the uploader's attitudes, especially in light of photos showing the photographer teaching.

These images were all uploaded by User:Toilet. I believe they should be deleted, for the same reasons as the precedents for deleting this users' photos. Consent is dubious, legality may be (for instance, in the Netherlands, there is a right to privacy, especially in sexual contexts, againstphotos taken in public places). And the encyclopedic value is pretty low, too.

Apologies for the files I have missed and any I have re-nominated for deletion by mistake. There are lots of other problematic files from this user, I am trying to rename or delreq them all. Any help is very welcome. Frankly, I wish this user had never uploaded anything; the value of the images is offset by the burden on other editors to do all this.
