Out of Commons:Project scope: Unused charts of questionable notability. Should be in SVG if useful.

Please help me, or specify the criticism

  1. I do agree on the advantages of SVG graphics. But I don't have the time, in order to do a big course on this. If anyone knows an easy way to convert them, please help me do so. If it is a bigger job, maybe someone else could do it. In any way, I do not know of any policy that enforces svg.
  2. The files are not only being integrated on Wikipedia, but also on a Wiki project on Interculturalism, run by the University of Jena. This project is supposed to be closely connected to Wikipedia, enabling spillovers in both directions. We are still in the phase of running up the project and are expecting to go fully open in roughly 3 years.
  3. The files ARE relevant for the German Wikipedia, especially for articles on interculturalism. Currently three of these files are already integrated into Wikipedia. More integration will follow, as soon as I have the time to rewrite some of the articles related to interculturalism, as most of them need a redo. If the pictures were out of Wikimedia Common's scope, please tell me, which other Wikimedia project is suited. I can currently not find any other and, after reading the guide, still believe that they match the scope. As the contents of the files is in German, the discussion about their subject-related relevance should be continued in German.

Other opinions are very welcome, but please with a bit more detail, than just a referral to a Wiki-Template. Thank you.


Das Thema Interkulturalität muss generell auf der deutschen Wikipedia stark überarbeitet werden. Die entsprechenden Artikel sind stark fragmentiert und oft inhaltlich nicht gut systematisiert. Auch in Sachen Stil und Satzbau sind die Artikel teilweise sehr dürftig. Wenn ich Zeit habe, möchte ich mich darum kümmern, vor allem bei folgenden Artikeln:
