Ok, thank you for the info. I'm not sure what you mean by "set after 20th century": if it has been installed only recently, it is of course still copyrighted. However, it doesn't seem now; I guess it is in the public domain, so  I withdraw my nomination on this one. For File:Juliusz Slowacki Wilno1.JPG, the difference from the installment of the plaque until 1942 (2013-71) is too short to be able to say that there is no significant doubt the sculptor already died. --Eleassar (t/p) 09:26, 13 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Bolesław Bałzukiewicz, the author of File:Juliusz Slowacki Wilno1.JPG (Tu mieszkał Juliusz Słowacki, którego upamiętnia popiersie poety z pelikanem dłuta Bolesława Bałzukiewicza (1927 r.) ), died in 1935.--Alma Pater (talk) 22:02, 25 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Till 1939 Vilnius city was a city of Poland, not of Lithuania.--Pracar (talk) 08:13, 27 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Does this mean we should consider Poland as the source country? In my opinion not. --Eleassar (t/p) 11:21, 27 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Some kept, some deleted per above. --Hedwig in Washington (mail?) 20:03, 27 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
