Avaz Twist Tower

The Avaz Twist Tower in Sarajevo is a recent (2006-8) building by architect Faruk Kapidžić and thereby still copyrighted. Regrettably, Bosnia/Herzegovina has no usable FOP exemption in its copyright law. Therefore, this image violates the copyright of the architect.  Delete Unfortunately I must agree with the nominator. The FOP exemption in the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina is limited to non-commercial uses, which makes it insufficient for Commons. cmadler (talk) 17:22, 3 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
