William John Seward Webber was an English sculptor. For more information, please see Mapping of Sculpture. Webber worked in marble and bronze. He created the marble statue of Queen Victoria in the Jubilee Memorial, Harrogate, besides various marble bust portraits of VIPs. During the latter part of his life he lived at Holliscroft, 3 Mayfield Grove, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, England. He is buried in Harrogate, but has no gravestone.
