English: Old scandinavian lofts are farm buildings used as a dwelling house and for storage purposes. They have an outside staircase and are not built on stilts, like stabburs, but many lofts were later used as a stabbur.
Deutsch: Alte skandinavische Lofts sind Lager- oder Wohngebäude auf einem Bauernhof. Sie besitzen im Gegensatz zum Stabbur eine Außentreppe und sind nicht auf Pfosten aufgeständert. Viele Lofts wurden jedoch sekundär als Stabbur genutzt.
