The Elamite reliefs (circa 17th century BCE) are only faint, and were superseeded by much later Sasanian reliefs. The only other known Elamite reliefs are those of Kurangun, which are much better preserved.[1]

Identification in (12 November 2015) The Archaeology of Elam: Formation and Transformation of an Ancient Iranian State, Cambridge University Press, p. 172 DOI: 10.1017/CBO9781316148501. : "A badly preserved remnant of a second relief, located at Naqsh-i Rustam near Persepolis, also shows two seated deities, one of whom sits on a serpent throne, as well as a standing male figure (Plate 6.9, Figure 6.3). Unfortunately, the carving of a later Sasanian relief of Bahram II (AD 246–93) destroyed most of the earlier Elamite relief (Porada 1965: 67; Vanden Berghe 1983: 29; Carter 2014: 46)."
