Hola Zósimo! Yo me refirí esta imagen Image:200px-Sdilogo.png. No tiene la resolucion completa, y me parece que no tiene la licencia correcta. Deberia ser probablemente algo de PD-Gov en el original. Esto se explica aqui en el manual (en la parte de arriba): Commons:Primeros pasos/Transferencia de ficheros y herramientas. En la versión espanhol no hay una referencia al herramiento CommonsHelper. La incluye yo en al versión alemana, talvez sería mejor si lo hiciera en la espanhola tambien. Este herramiento hace la transferencia de ficheros de otros proyectos muy facil. Incluye el enlace del imagen en el box, elige la wikipedia de origen y haz clic. Entonces el herramiento te procudirá el texto para el formulario de Commons, con la correcta licencia. Talvez lo puedes intentar tú mismo com el SDI-Logo en resolucion completa. Si no funciona, pregunta me otra vez. Longbow4u 22:16, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

Por qué el permiso no es válido, lo que se habría evitado usando el modelo adecuado.

• No hay garantías de que no te lo hayas inventado (por eso se pide que se envíe copia a la lista de correo).
• Se da permiso para "publicar en Wikipedia", lo que no es válido, porque se limita el uso a Wikipedia.
• ¿Qué es "publicar"? ¿Por qué le has puesto GFDL+CC-BY-SA si el correo no menciona licencia alguna? ¿Se permite la libre distribución? ¿Y el uso comercial? ¿Y las obras derivadas?

Pues yo no veo agresividad por ninguna parte. Sólo te explico por qué el permiso obtenido no es válido. En cuanto a tus preguntas:

• La dirección de la lista de correo la tienes en el enlace "modelo adecuado" que te dejé más arriba (veo que no lo has mirado).
• No, no son válidos los permisos "sólo para Wikipedia". Puedes ver por qué en Commons:Sobre las licencias.

Vale, tú hiciste la foto. Pero mira por dónde, es una obra derivada. Si pinto a mano el logotipo de Coca-Cola, igualito al de las botellas, violo el copyright. Pues es parecido. ¿Te has mirado el epígrafe "Obras derivadas" de Commons:Sobre las licencias? Pues eso.

Hola Ceresnet, venía a avisarte que he borrado la imagen y a explicarte los motivos, pero veo que ya lo ha hecho Dodo. Mientras no consigas la autorización expresa de la editorial sin restricciones, como te indica él, es mejor que esta imagen no exista para evitar que cualquier otro proyecto haga uso de ella, o incluso se utilice de forma comercial sin permiso. Aquí Commons:Modelos de mensajes tienes el modelo de autorización para enviar. Siento que tengamos que ser tan estrictos, pero es inevitable si queremos que esto funcione sin problemas legales. Sí, tienes razón, a esto se llama freedom of panorama, pero hay ciertos límites. Por ejemplo: si saco una foto de una tienda de Zara como un "todo" es perfectamente posible subirla aquí, pero si después cojo esta misma imagen y la corto para dejar solo la marca ""ZARA"" ya constituye trabajo derivado.
