editThe following symbols were used by the de facto government of Tibet from 1916 to 1951, and continues to be used by the exiled Central Tibet Administration (CTA) in Dharamshala, India. This symbols are banned in the People's Republic of China (PRC) as a symbol of what they call "separatism."
