Pollycraft Freebie

Hi all Pollycraft are having a DT call which closes on Friday 26th March at midnight they are giving two freebies for you to play with and link to their site so if you are interested why not have a go, I have lol.

This is one of the images called Codi I printed and cut her out three times and 3d her with silicone.  The base card I scored with my Hougie board to give a brick effect then used some other card from my stash to mount the images which, have been coloured with pro markers.  The flowers are from a new Tonic punch that I was treated to, I added some Cosmic Shimmer Silver Sparkle. I hope you like it and thank you so much for the wonderful and encouraging comments I am receiving you really do make my heart sing with joy. Hugs to you all see you later.

Pollycraft Challenge

Hi this is my card for this weeks Pollycraft Challenge, who by the way are celebrating their first birthday and having a great blog hop so why not pop over and have a look there are some fab prizes up for grabs.  The theme for this weeks challenge is a colour combo of Turquoise, Orange and Chocolate I have used a Pollycraft image and coloured her with pro markers, the backing papers are SU except the orange which is card passed through my big shot using the Aaran cuttle bug folder I have added a couple of flowers and some ribbon I hope you like it. Simply Black and White

Hi this is the card I have made for this weeks Pollycraft Challenge also themed 'monochrome'. I have chosen the black and white look for this one and used one of my new digi stamps from Pollycraft and is one from their new 'Cherry Kisses' s range.  I have used a black A6 card and some of Jak's free polka dot backing papers which I have punched with a Martha Stewart border punch the image is coloured with promarkers.  I have add some gems and some silk flowers the oval I cut from my cricut and added faux stitching as with the sentiment.  Hugs Lorraine x

Hi All-A Two in One

Hello folks sorry but I haven't been around for a couple of days I did manage to visit a few blogs and leave comments but I changed broadband user and had to sort a few things out and a few personal issues as well.  I managed to make this card last night which fits two challenges the first one is Pollycraft  and this is the 'free' digital prints from their website and I think they are just fab, the theme for their challenge is 'Flowers' and must say making this did release a bit of pent up emotion.  I used the free image and backing papers and did some faux stitching on the background paper and flowers.  The blue paper is actually handmade from MIC and I tore the edges for a bit of effect.  The second challenge is a first for me which is Lili of the Valley and their theme is to use the colours Pink, Green and Blue and must say I do like this combo.  I think I will have missed or will miss quite a few of the challenges this week as things are not going to plan for me so I will just have to make do with completing the odd one or two unless I am lucky.

I would also like to say 'Thank You' to Ida and Shirley who have nominated me for some blog awards.  I feel so blessed to have people who think of me when handing out these awards and I know I have said it many times before but I will say it again it gives me the heart to carry on blogging and talking to you my friends I feel quite humble as well.  I say what I feel when leaving my comments on your work and is heartfelt because I know how much time, effort and love is put into each and every creation and when you are feeling not quite 100% or have suffered in some way I also feel for you as I did with Ida.  So thank you once again Ida and Shirley for thinking of me.

Pollycraft Challenge

Well my mojo has returned with a gusto lol. This is my entry for this weeks Pollycraft Monday Challenge which is based on a sketch. I have used one of my Pollycraft stamps which I think is gorgeous and coloured her with my promarkers. I have used K & Co backing papers and added a few prisma flowers with gold liquid pearls as their centres.
