Crème brûlée can really convey the flavor of vanilla beans like no other dessert! Make sure to let the pod along with the bean when you are infusing the milk+cream and infuse for as long as possible. The longer you infuse, the stronger the vanilla flavor will be. I don't use the water bath technique, I prefer to bake at a low temperature at 100C for 50 minutes (not 30). Baking time depends on your oven. You know that the creme is baked when it's jiggly in the centre.

Ingredients for 4 creme brulee ramekins
1/3 of a vanilla pod
Milk:100 ml
Whipping cream (33% fat): 200 ml
Egg yolks: 60g (4 egg yolks)
Granulated sugar: 30g (1 tbsp)
Cane sugar to burn

Open the vanilla pod to extract its beans. Put Cream Brulee, Vanilla Pod, Vanilla Beans, Vanilla Flavor, Milk Cream, Egg Yolks, Whipping Cream, Cane Sugar, Pastry Chef
