Most women will admit they work out to lose weight but Bethany Tomlinson, 22, from Somerset had a different objective - to gain bulk and transform her slender frame into pure muscle.

The 25-year-old from Worcestershire has been quietly carving out a career as a successful model and body activist - and one look at her sultry portfolio snaps proves why she's in demand.

There are many different body sizes. Women tend to want to be way skinnier than the average woman. They also think they have to be skinnier then the size that men prefer.

"I've listened to countless girls tell me about their new diets and weight loss fads. I've [had] girls sob in my arms and ask me, 'if I were skinnier, would he have stayed?' I've counseled girls who were skipping meals. “Skinny vs Curvy? Um... how about neither... I Choose to be fit and healthy!!!” Thats what people say. But you don’t always get to choose what body shape you have. Ik for experience. I am healthy work out 6 days a week and have for years but I’m still curvy.
