🍯Fermented Garlic Honey
Organic garlic cloves
Local raw honey (or enough to cover the garlic)

Bonus “Flu Bomb” Add-in’s:
• chopped ginger
• fresh lemon juice
• turmeric

Rough chop your garlic, or you can leave it whole. Place in a mason jar & cover with honey, leaving about an inch at the top.

Give your jar a gentle shake daily, or whenever you remember & store in a cool/dark cabinet for a minimum of 6 weeks. The longer, the better!
*See how dark the honey gets after a long ferment with the garlic!!!
