All you need are two equally sized squares of watercolor paper (my squares were 14x14 cm), a bit of vegetable oil, hot glue, and an LED tea light. Fold the squares in half: vertically, horizontally, and diagonally. Cut into the vertical and horizontal cuts and fold the rays by using the cuts to fold the flaps towards the central fold. Overlay the rays and glue them together. Place an LED tea light inside the resulting void and glue the two stars atop one another.
