I think this one is up there with one of the nicest things I’ve baked so far! It’s the best Fraisier cake I’ve ever had - helps that is also the only one I’ve ever tried too 😂

This genoise cake is packed with vanilla, topped with a strawberry syrup, marzipan, white chocolate creme moussaline and plenty of strawberries! Perfect for summer ☀️🍓

Ingredients
Genoise Sponge:
7 large eggs
230g golden caster sugar
3tsp vanilla paste
230g plain flour
50g unsalted butter, melted

Crème Mousseline:
350g whole milk
4 large egg yolks
60g golden caster sugar
3 Frasier Cake, Fraisier Cake, Genoise Cake, Genoise Sponge, Chocolate Creme, Vanilla Paste, Strawberry Syrup, Egg Yolks, Caster Sugar
