Macros: 46g protein, 28g fat, 14g carbs 

Ingredients: 
1 cup cottage cheese 
1 tbsp Parmesan 
Season to liking Italian seasoning & garlic powder 
1/4 cup Raos marinara 
2 servings mozzarella 

Instructions:
-Spread cottage cheese on parchment paper, season with Italian seasoning, parm, and garlic powder, and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes 
**optional but for best results let the crust cool before topping it. I’ve done it both ways. If you do it immediately the crust is softer I eat w a fork. 
- spread pizza sauce, top with cheese bake for another 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted 
-enjoy!
