I'm sharing a new mini series next week - 1 Air fryer gammon joint = 3 dinners, so I had some lovely ham in the fridge. This is next level Cheggy Bread!

I've written up the recipe below - Let me know if you'll be making it this weekend!!! A x

4 slices of crusty white bread
Butter
150g grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
2 eggs beaten
Ham
Ground black pepper

-Heat the oven to 180C (fan)
-Butter one side of the bread and lay it butter side down on a baking tray.
-Mix the grated cheese, beaten egg, mustard and black pepper together.
-Place some ham on top of the bread *my ham was thick so I tore it into small pieces, but if it's thin you can do a whole slice
