The Perjohan bench- a nifty little bench that fits perfectly in front of our coat hook wall in our hall. Its dimensions were just right for the space AND it has storage underneath so getting my hands on this bench was a no brainer for me.

It was a really easy and fun upcycle. The bench is essentially paint ready.

Here is how I did it-

1. I used scallops from @boboandthemouse found on @etsyuk. They are wood and were easy to cut down with my mitre saw but could use a manual saw as well. I glued on with “no more nails” adhesive.

2. I applied the bobbins! They’re very easy to use and can be cut down with a Stanley/ Xacto knife.
