Deep, dark, and delicious - this is the chocolate cake dreams are made of! If you don't have black cocoa, just use regular Dutch process cocoa powder. You won't get the color, but you'll still have chocolate cake! Note: I bake in 3-inch tall pans. If you have shorter pans, just fill them 3/4 of the way and bake.
