MATERIAL AND METHODS RESEARCH APPROACH-A evaluative research approach. RESEARCH DESIGN-The study is comparative research design. POPULATION: The population included in the study are preschool age children of age group (2.5years-4 years). RESEARCH SETTING: The study is conducted in selected rural and urban school of Rajasthan. SAMPLE AND SAMPLE SIZE: Sample size included in the study was 20 out of which 10 from urban and 10 from rural. SAMPLE TECHNIQUE: For the present study, sampling is done by the non-Probability purposive sampling technique. ORGANIZATION OF ANALYSED DATA The analysed data was organized according to the objectives and presented under the following sections: Section A: Demographic Data and Modified Mini Nutritional Assessment short form of the Participants under Study of Rural Area and Urban Area Section B: Findings related to Malnourishment among preschool age children in Rural and Urban Area.

To compare the attitude score of the student nurses regarding the HPV vaccine before and after the administration of teaching program on the HPV vaccine.. "The methodology of the research indicates the general pattern of organizing the procedure for gathering valid & reliable data for an investigation. This chapter deals with the research approach, research design, variables under study, setting, population, the sample & sampling technique. It further deals with the development & description of tools, lesson plan of "HPV vaccine" procedure for data collection & plan for data analysis". Methodology-A quantitative research approach pre experimental research design was used. 60 samples were selected by convenient sampling technique through survey. The written consent was obtained from the samples. The tool was used Demographic performance, Knowledge assessment tool and Attitude assessment scale Firstly, sample were selected then data was taken by questionnaire.

Results – The finding of this study had been discussed in terms of objective, hypothesis and results obtained by other investigators in the same aspect. On the basis of the objectives of the study and finding revealed that discussion can be framed as follows: The relation with the objective, the finding of the present study revealed that the level of knowledge and attitude among second year student nurses Thus, the objective of the study can be accepted.” It shows that before administering the training, most of the students (28.3%) had moderately adequate knowledge whereas (71.7%) had inadequate knowledge and (0 %) had adequate knowledge on structured teaching program. The data revealed that after administering structured teaching Program (0%) had moderately adequate knowledge whereas (0%) had inadequate knowledge and (100%) students showed improvement in knowledge by scoring adequate knowledge score. showed that the mean post test score (27.1) after administration of Structured Teaching Program regarding HPV vaccine was significantly higher than the mean pre-test score (16.3) with the mean difference of 10.8. This indicates that there was improvement in knowledge score of all student nurses. Closer approximation of mean and median indicates normal distribution of knowledge scores of student nurses in pre-test and post-test. The standard deviation of pre-test knowledge score (8.05) is higher than the standard deviation of post-test (1.84). The difference in the standard deviation is slight but the direction indicates that group is more heterogenous in pre-test before administration Structured Teaching Program regarding HPV vaccine. The ‘t’ value (16.10 ) for DF(58) is statistically significant at 0.05 level of significance. This showed that the obtained mean difference is a true difference and not by chance. Hence the null hypothesis H0, is rejected and research hypothesis H1 is accepted. This indicates that the administration of Structured Teaching Program regarding HPV vaccine, was effective in increasing the knowledge of student nurses .

The written consent was obtained from the samples. The tool used is Questionnaire. Firstly, sample were selected then pre-test was taken by questionnaire after that "TEEN" intervention was given to adolescent girls of School then after that post-test was conducted. Results-The post-test mean knowledge, attitude and practice score of adolescent girls regarding menstrual hygiene has revealed that score was found higher mean (22.7), (12.83) & (13.83) respectively and S.D (1.711), (1.286) & (1.335) respectively.
