Alokla as Director of Instructional Technology and Learning Center (ITLC) at Community College of Qatar (CCQ) provides leadership for the enhancement of CCQ’s use of Instructional Technology. Alokla managing the instructional design processes and administer its Course Management System and by facilitating technology-rich teaching and learning through collaborative curricular innovation, including new course development, faculty training/support, and service reliability and consistency. Alokla is working with faculty on the design and development of instructional content that will be used in traditional on-campus courses, plan, coordinate and conduct workshops on the use of new technologies, conduct research on emerging technologies for use in an academic setting, and provide instruction and support to students and staff to assist them in the development and/or improvement of technology skills.

This paper investigates cybersecurity challenges facing Nigerian government institutions and prov... more This paper investigates cybersecurity challenges facing Nigerian government institutions and provides a framework of best practices for improving cybersecurity measures. With increasing reliance on information and communication technology (ICT), these institutions face mounting threats from cyberattacks, including malware, hacking, and insider risks. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, including quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews, to analyze the cybersecurity landscape. The findings reveal significant vulnerabilities, including the use of outdated software and lack of comprehensive cybersecurity policies. Based on these results, the paper proposes a government cybersecurity framework to mitigate risks and enhance cybersecurity maturity.

This study will contribute to theory, practice, empirical and policy. Theoretically, the study considers the investigate the mediating effect of human resource information system on effect of perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyments, hybrid attitude, hedonic motivation, learning experience, and engagement, on satisfaction in Community College of Qatar (CCQ). Furthermore, as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic, many postsecondary schools have moved to online delivery and learning, forcing many instructors to experiment with online and HL approaches, such as online multimedia and video presentations. In comparison to traditional face-to-face techniques or pure online settings, current research has largely verified that HL is seen to be beneficial (Hill et al., 2017) and has the potential to boost student happiness (Owston et al., 2013).

The Effect of Dental Adhesive on Final Color Match of Direct Laminate Veneer (DLV): In Vitro Study

M... more Aim: To evaluate the influence of dental adhesive on the color match of direct laminate veneer. Materials and Method: Specimens were prepared in the form of discs. B1 nano-filled composite Filtek Z-350 XT (3M-ESPE) and single-bond universal adhesive were used. Twenty discs of each test group with a diameter of 10 ± 0.1 mm and thickness of 0.7 ± 0.1 mm were prepared. The specimens were divided into three groups: control group that has composite material only (C), a group that has adhesive with composite material (AC), and a group that has adhesive with composite and re-bonding technique (ACR). The samples were placed in viewing port for color measurement. Spectrophotometer was used in this study. Descriptive statistical analysis was performed for the CIE L*, a*, and b* values. Statistical software IBM SPSS 16.0 was used for analyzing the data, with a significance level of 0.05 (p < 0.05). Results: In this study, both groups where bonding agent was applied had significant change in color of the samples (p < 0.05). AC and ACR showed a change along the "a" coordinate and the "b" coordinate with using adhesive and re-bonding technique. There were significant differences when comparing the values of a* and b* of the control group C with AC group and ACR on using adhesive and re-bonding technique. ACR specimens presented the lowest "L" value. Conclusion: Within the limitations of this study, despite the fact that the change of color is not extensive, the dental adhesive changes the color of direct composite restoration in a way that may warrant caution. Additional studies are essential to substantiate the findings of this study. CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE Dental adhesive play an important role in changing the color of direct composite restoration.

It integrates the advantages of both, and it is a fundamental factor to ensure continued learning. Technological innovations such as HL are changing the teaching process, and how students, lecturers, and administrators interact. Based on this, the Community College of Qatar (CCQ) focused on researching the structures and elements related to the adoption of HL.
