Very very misleading with there products,Order a Straykids album and gifts paid £35 only for 8 Playcards with the straykids on...No calender,no keyring no CD,so I've paid £35 for a bunch of Cards which should be priced at £5 if that, customer service were useless asked for a refund and basically told me I ordered the Basic package which only includes the Cards so no refund.Will NEVER order from her and reported to Trading standards

I pre ordered the Stray Kids Seasons greetings 2025 pack at the end of last year only to receive 8 photo cards. When contacted they stated that pack I ordered wa
s a “photo benefit” and it mentioned this in the description. Whilst I understand I should’ve read the description before purchasing, no where on the product photos did it mention only the photo cards coming and instead has photos of the items included inside the album which made it seem like the whole collection was being ordered. Furthermore, paying £31 for 8 cards is absolutely ridiculous and therefore it was priced to make it look like you were going to receive the full set.

As far as I am aware many other customers have faced this issue and therefore I will be taking this up further as this is a complete scam and is misleading for all customers.

Misleading

Ammended to 3 stars.
First impressions are important.
I gained nothing for updating this review.
Service team tried hard to help after my initial rant and I give them 5/5 for that. I stand by my decision not to use this site again but that's just me!
There are more good than bad reviews.

Purchased what we thought was a stray kids calander. £31. To receive 8 photocards with plastic holders only. When I queried this, I was advised we only selected the photo benefit. Yes I should have checked...but The site in this particular case was misleading and in my opinion a scam. I am not the only customer misled by this. I do not often leave bad reviews. I had thought this site seemed good, I downloaded the app, have browsed at other things. BUT no, a customer lost for them. But a heads up, they care not!

I like how if u don't get ur package by certain date ur package get refunded n I get to keep package also n also if it's not to right package like it don't look the same as add or is ruined in some way u get refunded n they r free shipping for regular un tracked shipping n if u want to other it's cheap to I recommend this site to alot of people

Only problem it takes a while to arrive…

Only problem it takes a while to arrive in tunisia and post is slow here so takes even longer but products are good down to me wrong size dog bed but she's llying on itc so that's good one product came broken money was refunded and in my account next day I was dubious using Joom but so far everything good

Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience
I received the wrong item, which doesn’t match the description on the website at all. Customer service asked me to wait 15 days for them to contact their manager, but I’m still waiting for a resolution. I’m left with no money and the wrong product—feels like a scam!

Warning!!

Warning!!! Never got my produkt and no way to reach customer support besides the chatbot! Already paid and never got the product! Luckily it was cheap.
