The demonstration was informative and pleasant. Jack aka James Morris was extremely polite and helpful.
The installation was scheduled for 12/23/24.
I was excited until I got home to find they had cut a hole in my new deck and mashed the down spout behind the header.
They responded promptly 12/24/24 to correct the mistake.
This mistake was made because Jack did not hear me say drain the water down the back away from the home and the installers that did not ask about cutting the deck even though my son was there. The diagram was standard spout to the side. So I was just not heard and should have done the job myself.
It has not rained. So I cannot say if the gutters will do the job I need.

My experience with gutter guard was fine. The only thing I asked for when they texted yesterday about arrival time. I had asked them too show a badge and they did not!!! On time and took less than 2 hours to install.

Will was fantastic and a great informative salesman. It took a minute to schedule an appointment for the actual install but when I finally heard from them, they were coming out the following day so that was great! The install went super smooth and they look great. Time will tell if they perform as well as Will says but based on other reviews I’m sure they will! Would gladly recommend the service to anyone else!

The entire process of having my roof and gutter replaced was seamless. Eddie, the account manager I worked, with did a wonderful job of explaining everything to me and it all went exactly as promised. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. My roof is beautiful and the crew left my property cleaner than it was before they arrived. I would 100% recommend this company for all roofing and gutter needs!

Everyone I talked to at GGA, starting with Travis Robinson who was measuring the house in a driving rain, was very kind and professional. They are caring people who wanted to meet my needs and do a first rate job. They succeeded! I would highly recommend this company. The guys who installed the gutters and fascia worked so hard and carefully, and obviously took pride in their work.

Great product and looks good! The installation was mindful and cleaned up well after install. The installing crew did not route a down spout as ordered/listed on drawings and routed it through deck. The installing supervisor was not onsite during construction process but acknowledge mistake after inspection with me. Other than that, I'm looking forward to 1st rain fall to see how it flows

GG of A I was called Wed. The representative came Fri and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. On Mon, the sales rep called and on Tues. morning ,3 installers were here to do the job! They installed new gutter and gutter guards. The installation was quick and efficiently done. The new gutters look very professional. When they were completed, the cleanup was total done well. I am extremely satisfied with the whole professional attitude with Gutter Guards of America.

I had timely contacts from GGA to keep me informed on my upcoming gutter replacement. From the time I contacted GGA, when Chris Milne (04/03/2024) came to the house. The professional service Chris provided clearly explaining the steps and then when the installers came. The 2 installers did a great job and took time to make sure the area was left clean and free of any screws and other material. I was impressed with the complete process!!

Gutters were installed up to expectations. Some improvements could be made on cleanup after the job though. All-in-all I’d still recommend them to anyone. Gutters look nice. Will have to wait until it rains to evaluate them totally.

The installation was quick and apparently good however later on I saw some issues where the gutters were not installed properly. I contacted the company multiple times to make them aware and it is about to be three month and nobody had care to call or fix the problem. The gutter might be a good quality overall if install properly but the customer service is awful. It seems once they got their money they don't care anymore.

Working with Gutter Guard America was a very good experience. The sales representative was honest and empathetic to our needs. The installer did a wonderful job as he was dependable and efficient. Once we realized we had a problem, we were able to contact Gutter Guard America and have new gutters and guards in less than a week.

The installer was a tremendous worker, and a nice guy. However, he was the only one sent by the company to install my gutters and guards in 98 degree heat. I was concerned for his well-being. He arrived at 11:45a and finished at 9:15p on a 3 bedroom ranch. Quality work, but don’t send 1 guy for a 2-3 man project.

I submitted a request for information online on a Saturday and was surprised, but glad, to get a response on Sunday. The caller set up an appointment for the sales rep to visit within a few days. We reviewed the work to be performed, quality of their product and pricing that fit within my budget. A date was selected for the install. As promised the crew called prior to their arrival to verify they were on their way and estimated arrival time. The crew leader and I reviewed the plan as well as some tree branches that might need to be removed for safer access. They repaired any issues, mainly sealing seams, as they installed the product. As advertised they cleaned up any discarded pieces as well as blew off the gutter debris that landed on the deck, sidewalk and driveway.

Very nice people. Very fast, very skilled workers. The manager is quite nice, helpful and effective. The sales person followed up properly and did all that was asked. At this point I cannot not be more happy and just waiting for the first rain to see if there are any issues but given my experience so far I suspect all will be right and if not, I have complete confidence Gutter Guards America will quickly correct anything that might arise. Signed the contract and and three days later I have new gutters and guards. Nice to see a job handled right these days.

Gutter Guards America truly exceeded my expectations when it comes to the product! Their product not only looks sleek on my home but also effectively keeps leaves and debris out of my gutters. After experiencing high winds and heavy rains, I was extremely happy that the system carried the immense rain load and did not collect all the leaves that fell in the storm. Installation was a breeze, and their account manager and install team was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Everything - Jr and Shaun did a wonderful job in explaining all the various types of gutter guards, Kevin the Operations Manager was outstanding in communication with scheduling, and the technician who did the install was professional, courteous and. on time to do his job. Crew was fast, efficient. The gutters and guards look great from the ground. Pictures after the project were NOT helpful in judging the quality of the work. Still, I'm satisfied with the sales and install effort. Now I want to see how the gutters and guards actually perform in a heavy rain and when our giant trees - two Oak trees, one Locust tree - start to drop their debris.
